"I had an awful experience dealing with Nicco. From the start, it was obvious he cared more about squeezing money out of me than actually helping with my insurance needs. Instead of listening to what I asked for, he constantly pushed unnecessary policies and add-ons I clearly did not want or need. The entire conversation felt like dealing with a pushy salesperson who refuses to take “no” for an answer.
What really crossed the line was how uncomfortable and persistent he became after I declined the extras. He ignored my concerns, kept trying to pressure me into buying more coverage, and made the whole interaction feel aggressive and manipulative. It honestly felt less like customer service and more like being trapped in a commission-driven sales pitch.
If you want a straightforward, respectful insurance experience, avoid working with Nicco. I ended up taking my business to a different State Farm agency that actually listened to me instead of treating me like a sales target."
